However, for whatever reason, if you would like to return our jewelry, we offer a free 30-day return policy. All you need to do is contact us and we would mail you a return shipping label with packing instructions for the return shipment. The return is extremely simple and easy through our delivery service providers. We request our customers to follow the instructions for packaging the products being returned.
Please ensure that the product purchased by you is unworn and in its original condition along with all the documents that came with it. We cannot process returns on custom made pieces and items that have been engraved, resized, or modified in any manner whatsoever.
We do not offer returns on our international orders due to the cumbersome customs procedures involved.
